Developer / Designer / Founder / Wanderer
I spent eight years working at the luxury travel network, Virtuoso. For the last four of those years, I worked on the Virtuoso.com team, helping to understand and attract modern travelers. I’ve also helped hundreds of travel agencies, dozens of tour operators, and handful of small ship cruise lines over the years with their digital advertising, web development and overall digital strategies. I have a passion for web development, design and making marketing feel less like marketing and more like something people actually find value in.
Lola Serrano
Lead Designer / Dumpling Lover
I have nearly 20 years of experience working within the NYC interior and product design industry and started my creative career as a studio photographer (back in the days of film). My specialty now is Identity Design and I love working with travel teams to elevate their visuals from websites, content creation, and branding. I split my time between Seattle and New York City.
